Breasts is a symbol of being a woman. Although we differ from men in many aspects, our breasts are the most important part of our body that makes us feel like women. Breast, in addition to affecting the appearance of a woman very much , is also an important organ in the sexuality of a woman and the role of sacred motherhood. Size, shape and expectations are different for each woman. Small breast, saggy breast, asymmetric breast, large breast, round breast, conical breast, pear-shaped breast, cracked skin breast... there are a lot of adjectives for the breast. Many treatment alternatives are available for changing the shape, size and look of the breast both naked and with clothes. Let's talk about what we can do.
When do women need breast aesthetics?
Breast aesthetics can be performed according to the needs of the breast in all women over the age of 18-20 who have completed breast development. If you have a very small breast; with a silicone prosthesis that we will choose according to the anatomy of your body and your desire, you can be enlarged with your own fat or by combining the prosthesis and fat. If it is too large, breast reduction can be performed after making sure that your weight is normal or constant. If it is both small and sagging, we can apply a prosthesis together with a lift and shape the breasts together with volume support.
I want to have a breast augmentation, but I'm afraid if it looks unnatural, what can I do?
You will achieve a natural result with a prosthesis that will be selected in a size and shape appropriate to your size, diameter, tissue thickness of your breast, don't worry. If your skin is too thin and you are worried that the prosthesis will be obvious, we get extremely natural results with the right technical choice and simultaneous fat injection.
Drop prosthesis or round prosthesis is more natural?
Each woman has a different breast and rib cage structure. My goal is to achieve a natural result. So for some woman drop prosthesis can look more natural, and for others round prosthesis will be better. So they're both natural. It is important to choose the right prosthesis according to the needs of the person.
My breasts are empty and saggy. What can I do?
For sagging, we do a lift and support with a prosthesis for loss of volume. This operation is called augmentation and lift, it is one of the combined operations of the breast that we do very often. I'm happy with the size of my breasts and the way they look in a bra, but when I'm naked, it's saggy and not beautiful in shape.
Can I lift it without enlarging it with a silicone prosthesis?
Of course it is possible. If enough breast tissue is available, we don't need extra volume support. We lift your breast by shaping your own tissue. No matter how thin I get, my breasts are always big for my body, my shoulder and back hurt, I have a hard time choosing clothes and bras.. Breast reduction, that is, we can solve all these problems with breast aesthetics, which we reduce the amount of tissue and lift.
One of my breasts is different in size and has a different shape than the other, what do you recommend for treatment?
In fact, every women have asymmetric breasts. Because the right and left half of the whole body are different from each other. But for some women, this difference is greater. If they are both small, we determine our path in the form of adding a different size prosthesis or the same prosthesis but fat injection. If they are both too large but one of them is bigger than the other we plan our treatment according to the size you want.
I want my breast well-shaped and symmetrical, but no marks…
We can say that augmentation and fat injection are almost scar-free surgeries. You will have stitch marks in the shape of a lollipop or in the shape of an inverted T after lift and reduction surgery. But these scars will become white and invisible in 1 year. In addition, scar treatments have improved considerably. I always ask my patients "Upright, round, alive, but only naked breasts with light scars or saggy, large, disfigured, naked or in clothes that we do not like?" and I'll leave it up to them.
My breasts need aesthetics, but I'm afraid if I can't give my baby milk. How is breastfeeding affected? And does the breast sag again after pregnancy?
As the tissue decreases in reduction, production may decrease, but you can still breastfeed. It is not affected in augmentation surgery and lift operations.
When can I return to normal life after surgery?
You'll be back in 7-10 days. After 2 weeks, you can start walking, and after 4-6 weeks, you can start doing sports.
